At Wendy Trendy, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
